Maintenance Tech Job Duties
Daily Maintenance including but not limited to:
- General cleaning
- Painting (indoors/outdoors)
- Power washing
- Drywall replacement
- Façade Repairs
- Minor Plumbing
- Minor Electrical
- Minor HVAC
Warehouse Worker Job Duties
- Load and unload trucks and railroad cars using forklift and overhead crane
- Verify materials loaded or unloaded against work order or bill of lading
- Attach identifying tags or labels to materials or mark information on cases, pallets or other containers
